Posted September 5, 2005. just bought a 99 rx300 w/ 57000 miles and was going to have my mechanic check the brakes and pads, but he can't get them off without the missing lug nut key. Bought the car from a small dealership and they said they don't have it. Don't know if these are the original lug nuts. Jul 10, 2023 · Hello, I need some advice. The vehicle is basically a Toyota with the 1MZ-FE engine with VVT-i which is also found in some toyota models. About 5 years ago I purchased a 2000 RX300 1MZ-FE engine from a friend. Best way to put a plug in an aluminum head down a deep hole is to use a piece of vacuum hose about a foot long (helps keep from dropping it) , lube the plug threads lightly with anti-seize and thread it in by hand til you KNOW that it is down a few threads. .
